As the Product Manager for Database Observability (DB O11y) you’ll be responsible for the Cloud-exclusive database monitoring product. DB O11y provides customers with deep, actionable insights into their database environments. This product enables applications developers and database admins to surface, troubleshoot, and optimize latency problems and slow running queries across the critical database infrastructure that underpins a company’s core business applications.
Own the Product End-to-End from triaging ideas, writing specs and prioritizing the roadmap to final release sign-off after QA. You’ll regularly connect with platform engineers, DevOps teams, and developers to deeply understand use cases and user journeys. You'll synthesize feedback, weigh tradeoffs, make hard calls quickly, and move fast to get things shipped and adopted. Help define the balance between open-core features and paid product functionality.
Lead the product development lifecycle, reviewing the priorities and goals for your product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, and communicate your product vision. Conduct usability testing, collaborate with marketing, sales, and ensure consistency in strategy and execution across different teams.
